Parenting Program: Transitional Housing

A Path to Housing Stability

 

A residential program that offers transitional housing for young adult mothers and fathers with children (age restrictions applies).

Our program services include parenting and life skills training, family counseling, education and employment assistance.

​

Welcome House:

The Welcome House offers transitional housing for pregnant/parenting mothers (ages 18 - 25) and their babies/toddlers. The Welcome House serves families, with resources and programs to obtain housing, jobs and educational resources.

​

Destiny House:

The Destiny House is a transitional housing program for single fathers (ages 18-25) who are experiencing homelessness and instability. The Destiny House serves families, with resources and programs to obtain housing, jobs and educational resources. (Opening December, 2021)
